Actually yeah, it doesn't, because you didn't show any evidence or any sources. The only thing you say is that it hit the ground at full speed. That doesn't prove anything. What is this simple truth? What evidence do you have? It should be pretty simple to explain right? All you have done is state an opinion and then treat it as fact.

An internal investigation by Pan Am is believed to have found that the bomb planted on Flight 103 was designed to kill McKee and his team. According to the newspaper 'Scotland on Sunday' , 28 August 2005, a former Scottish Police chief has revealed that the Lockerbie evidence was faked by the CIA.

Major Charles McKie worked for the US Defence Intelligence Agency. While in Lebanon, McKee reportedly discovered a CIA team who were working with Manzur El-Khassar , an alleged Syrian drug dealer. Reportedly El-Khassar was friends with Lt. Col. Oliver North who reportedly was involved with trafficking in drugs and guns. Reportedly Major Charles McKee was going to act as a whistleblower, but he was killed in the 1988 Lockerbie Bombing.

This report is rather unnecessarily doom & gloom. In America, appeals are standard operating procedures. Rarely do they overturn convictions. If the government is confident about the case they made about this man, then the facts should bear them out, and they shouldn't have anything to worry about. If the case was weak, then perhaps another look at the evidence is warranted. Surely the victims' families would not want an innocent man to be punished for a crime he didn't do.

Because this jet was blown open while in the air and the large chucks just fell to the ground as opposed to a plane that hits the ground at full speed. Hope that clears it up for you...but I doubt it will because rarely do people give up their beliefs and replace them with simple truths.
