PETA killed more than half the animals it "rescued" last year. They even told one family their pet would be adopted, and then hours later murdered that animal. Ingrid, president of PETA also stated that she wants to elimanate all pet ownership. That means domesticated animals would go extinct, they can't live wild. Research up on groups before you support them please.

Many animal shelters have a worst record. Pet overpolutation is a severe crisis. Blame puppy mills that make it difficult to get pets adopted. Blame those who don't get their pet nuetered. Don't blame someone trying to help. PETA encourages others to adopt and take care of tehir pets. Check their website!

Yes, people need to be held accountable. They continually refuse to sterilize their pets.They think kittens are cute till they are a year old then out the door they go to live in the streets and suffer unbelivable abuse..
Every state needs low cost spay/neuter/vaccination clinics!
It needs to be a law that all animals of the proper age need to be streilized before leaving the shelter, pet store, breeders home, etc..

Excuse me? Eliminate all pet ownership? That makes no sense. Where did you get these quotes?
PETA DOES support euthanasia in cases where there is SEVERE overpopulation issues.
Cases where the animals life will suck (for a lack of better words) if left alive.
There is a problem with that?

I know! 6 million animals will be euthanized just this year. PETA has only ethunaized a thousand and they get sooooo much shit from the CCF. And really where did that quote come from. No where on PETA's website or in any of their books does it say they want to get rid of pets.
PETA is just a charity making the world a better place and they are getting just a little too popular for people like JedOs86. The more lies and criticism means that PETA message is growing.

In my state over 10 thousand per year are euthanised!
I live in Ct. The cities in my state are out of control with strays!
Yester. I saw a pretty male german shep/mix w/ a collar on, skinny, scavenging in garbage for food in a section of town a killer dog made out of bullet proof steel would not want to be found in!
I went to find him but lost him :(
He is not neutered btw. He was lost or abandoned or abused and ran away from his scumbag owners!

Actually domesticated animals CAN live "wild" it is called "FERAL".. Unless they are in the mountains/woods with the "Una-Bomber".. There are very few places that a domesticated animal could live in that would be considered "living in the wild"..

I have been a PETA member for years, and although now I might become part of a 'split fraction' or whatever over the BLS laws,I will never lose my respect for PETA for all the amazing attention of bringing animal abuses that the public did not even know about into the light,and introducing thousands to activism.
