| kbilyak04 ::: Favorites 2007-11-11 15:34:58 I have seen revolvers that use those clips, but this gun does not. There are two different cylinders, one for acp and one for long colt. Revolvers that use those clips only have ONE cylinder, and the "moon clip" allows you to shoot acp ammo through the long colt cylinder. So on my revolver there are no clips, you just have to switch out the cylinders any time you go from acp to long colt or vice versa. __________________________________________________ | |
| ibquik125 ::: Favorites 2007-11-11 09:56:59 i have been in the market to buy one of these blackhawk .45 convertibles, but my only question is if you have to use a moonclip for the .45acp ammo. guns and ammo mag did a article on this particular model approx 2 yrs ago and it appeared that the gun could eject a .45acp just like the long colt, thus not using a moon clip. is this the case? if so, i would definitely purchase one. __________________________________________________ | |
