I have the recipe for bellpepper sauce (very good): two cleand and diced bellpeppers two cleand and diced shalots 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup chicken soup fond 1/2 cup sour cream We put shalots and pepper in a pen with little olive oil. We cook this until it becomes soft. Then we add soup and wine and cook until the sauce is reduced by half.
