totallygonegearhead ::: Favorites I was always a Dale Sr. fan and to this day it is very difficult to keep my emotions in check when I see the race that took his life, the sport lost a great racer. The things I learned about this man after the fact told me so much more about a man that was essentially....bigger than life, a good man with a great heart for people and family, and a take no prisoners look at racing. packfan3 ::: Favorites I grew up a NASCAR fan, from about the time I was 6, I've always been a Jeff Gordon fan (as you can tell, I'm rather young, only 16), I never really cared for Dale that much, I always thought he was a dirty racer, but when he died, that would have been like if Dan Marino died while still playing football, or Hank Aaron in baseball, the sport lost a legend that day, no doubt about that.
