Description:

I see I've already attracted a moron. THIS IS JUST A TEST. It shows the difference between miniDV and HDV. Shot on CanonHV20 HDV with Cine Mode 25fps. Which gives a softer look by cutting back the contrast. There's image loss due to it being converted to YouTube's Flash system - which sucks. Have a look at what other video sharing sites are doing. particularly Blip.TV. I don't know why YouTube can't sort this. Edited on iMovie and compressed with H264 - 48.5 Mb for 2:17. I also compressed it with Sorensen Squeeze but the image quality dropped right off although it was only 768k. Download the Music Track from Calendar Girl (vocals) and darkroom (Mix) here - http://ccmixter.org/media/files/mactonite/10737 Couple of Compression Comparisons of a clip from this video here on my site - http://www.welcometowallyworld.com/canonhv20/ And this site - http://www.youarewhatyoubleat.com is a resource for High Definition Video Cameras.

Fabulous - I really like the many short clips showing the feeling or ambience of the place. I hope you tell on your site how you do it.

Wallyworld at LiveVideo. The videos look better but I'm not getting much traffic.

If you go to my site (I'll link it to the right) I've put up a couple of compression comparisons.

Nope...there's fruit and veg coming in from all over the world. But yeah...French people are pretty up on what's in season. Food and cooking - along with art and music are very important to the French.

I'm still thinking of upgrading to another Sony...but this Canon review was impressive. And so were the Paris images.

By the way. I'm liking it more on Livevideo under my username "DrMagoo" than here on youtube. Much more friendly so far!

This is wrong and environmentally unfriendly!!! If it's not available seasonally, do without! That is the way to deal with this! As I understand it in France, if it's not in season locally, you try something else?
